Sono passati tre anni da quando il parco tematico di Jurassic World è stato distrutto dai dinosauri scappati dalle gabbie di contenimento; Isla Nublar adesso è un luogo selvaggio abbandonato dagli umani dove i dinosauri sopravvissuti cercano riparo nella giungla.  Al risveglio del vulcano, inattivo fino a quel momento, Owen (Chris Pratt) e Claire (Bryce Dallas Howard) intraprendono una campagna per salvaguardare le specie di dinosauri ancora in vita da un evento di distruzione di massa. Owen è intento a cercare Blue, il suo principale velociraptor ancora disperso nella foresta, mentre Claire nel frattempo ha sviluppato un rispetto nei confronti di queste creature, divenute ormai la sua missione.  Giunti sullâ€™isola proprio mentre la lava inizia a scorrere i due scoprono anche una cospirazione di portata globale che potrebbe far ritornare lâ€™intero pianeta a un rovinoso stato di disordine come non si vedeva dalla preistoria.

It is stated at the start of the film that there is a "G8". Russia got kicked out sometime ago and if the movie was taking place in present time, it would be the G7. <br>------------------------<br><br>The plane that takes Owen, Claire and the others to Isla Nublar appears to be a Cessna Caravan. This is a turbo-prop but the sound of the engine starting is that of an internal combustion engine. <br>------------------------<br><br>At around 23 mins.) When Maisie is complaining to Iris that she doesn't want a bath, Iris says "What?" while visible on the left of screen with her head askew to the camera. However her mouth movement doesn't match the audio as you hear her say "What?" her mouth doesn't move till after you hear her say it. <br>------------------------<br><br>During the auction scene at Lockwood Estate the dinosaur cage roles into the middle of the room, thus preventing auctioneer Eversol from seeing a good portion of the bidders. Not a good thing for a high stakes auction as this one. <br>------------------------<br><br>At around 1hr 34 mins.) When evacuating the underground lab, one of the scientists grabs the vials of blood and stuffs them into a case. However one of them doesn't go into it all the way and as he shuts the case, if you look closely you can see one of the vials still sticking out which gets broken from being shut in it. <br>------------------------<br><br>When Mills is trying to load the Indominus Rex rib bone into his SUV, the sliding side door is open. These doors operate on a catch and lock in place when open or shut until the handle is pulled or the button inside is pressed to automatically close it. As the dinosaurs are escaping, a pterodactyl picks up a soldier and drops it on the vehicle, then in the next shot Mills is panicking and starting to climb under the SUV. In this shot the door is closed. And the soldier being dropped on the hood of the car would not have caused it to close. (01:53:05) <br>------------------------<br><br>When Franklin gets the blood from Blue on his mouth, one second it's fresh, the next it's dry. <br>------------------------<br><br>When Owen, Claire, Franklin and Zia first encounter a female Brachiosaurus, it is setting down its foot with the appropriate thud. However, the Brachiosaurus is then shown moving that same leg without first moving another one (as would be expected from a four-legged creature) which would've been denoted by another, missing, heavy thud. <br>------------------------<br><br>When Claire is running on the Isla Nublar, her shirt can be seen without any shoulder sleeves while for the rest of the film does appear with them. <br>------------------------<br><br>When Claire and Franklin are in the rolling sphere, the door closes and locks. In the next shot, it closes and locks again. <br>------------------------<br><br>When Wheatley pulls a tooth out of a juvenile stegosaurus with his pliers, it shows him yanking out a bottom tooth, but when he adds the tooth to his collection it is an upper tooth. <br>------------------------<br><br>At around 15 mins.) Benjamin Lockwood is approached by a woman from the side and he says "My bloody medicines." His right hand is forward, gripped around the staff of amber in the close up shot. When it cuts to another angle from the side, his arms are down at his side. (00:15:30) <br>------------------------<br><br>During his testimony, Malcolm has his hands clasped in front of his face. In the next shot, they are down on the table. <br>------------------------<br><br>The men in the underwater bathysphere locate the skeleton of an Indominus Rex while exploring during an opening scene, but there was only one of those created in the prior movie "Jurassic World", and it was swallowed and eaten by a huge sea monster at the end of that movie. <br>------------------------<br><br>At around 29 mins.) Franklin plugs in a computer and then snaps his fingers pointing to the left and says "hand" for Claire. It cuts to a different angle as Claire starts to walk where he pointed and suddenly Franklin's arm is back down between shots. <br>------------------------<br><br>At around 18 mins.) At the start of the bar scene, Claire is laughing hysterically and it shows a shot of Owen looking at her. In this shot his hand is around his beer bottle holding it at the base. When the shot cuts to a different angle showing her, his hand is just between the two bottles without holding one. <br>------------------------<br><br>When the helicopter in the takes off to retrieve the buoy attached to the Indominus Rex rib bone it is shown trailing the rung ladder. Besides the fact that there is no reason for this the ladder is shown being deployed later. <br>------------------------<br><br>When Claire and Franklin are in the gyrosphere, it closes and locks. In the next shot, it closes and locks again. <br>------------------------<br><br>In the previous film, the Jurassic World lagoon is located near the center of Isla Nublar and surrounded on all sides by land. When the Mosasaurus escapes at the beginning of Fallen Kingdom, the gates it escapes through lead straight to the ocean, instead of being closed off and having the ruins of the Hilton hotel. The lagoon was moved to the southeast coast of the island. <br>------------------------<br><br>Multiple human characters are sedated with animal tranquilizers, with Wu specifically naming the particular narcotic used as carfentanil at one point. Carfentanil is extremely potent and has a lethal human dose in the micrograms, meaning any human injected with a dinosaur-sized dosage of carfentanil should have experienced a quick and fatal respiratory failure. Wu and Owen recover fairly quickly and suffer no lingering side effects. Because the tranquilizer is so potent, real-world veterinarians who sedate heavy animals like elephants must be accompanied by assistants who can administer naloxone (the antidote) and provide artificial respiration. <br>------------------------<br><br>Volcanoes can erupt in a pyroclastic explosion, or they can erupt into lava flows but they can't do both, as Mt Sibo does. <br>------------------------<br><br>Owen is tranquilized with a dart containing the extremely potent opioid Carfentanil, which is 10,000 times more potent than morphine. The amount of Carfentanil that would be needed to take down a 500 pound raptor (who also have an extremely fast metabolism) would be many times the fatal dosage for a human; the median lethal dosage of Carfentanil for a human is 10 micrograms (0.1 milligrams). The dose used on the raptors was one milligram, so there is no way Owen would have lived, let alone regain consciousness, without being given a opioid antagonist like naloxone. <br>------------------------<br><br>When the gyrosphere plummets off the cliff, that's a long ways down and while the gyrosphere will probably survive it, with the vertical deceleration of the humans inside, Owen has no practical chance of surviving this. It doesn't help that being a human on foot, he wouldn't be able to jump far enough to get clear of the cliff. <br>------------------------<br><br>A respiratory depressant like Carfentanyl is quite an illogical choice for this purpose (quick shooting and animals must survive). A dissociative narcotic (not respiratory depressant, like e.g. Ketamine) is a much more logic and safer choice. <br>------------------------<br><br>Despite being based mostly on a theropod, the Indoraptor is shown walking and running on all fours. With the pronated-hands issue aside, another problem would be the structure of a theropod's shoulder blades, which would end up injuring its own neck muscles in such a posture (a reason why many paleontologists rejected the idea of Spinosaurus being quadrupedal when it was found to have very short hind limbs). <br>------------------------<br><br>The T. rex does not appear to have a nictitating membrane (third eyelid), as seen when she wakes up inside the crate while Owen and Claire are taking the blood sample. Although there is no way to know for sure whether T. rex had this membrane, modern day birds and crocodiles (the living dinosaurs and closest dinosaur relatives respectively) do have it, as do other dinosaurs in the saga (Velociraptors, for example), making this a little bit odd. <br>------------------------<br><br>When Maisie first sneaks on to the elevator, she presses the lowest elevator button marked -3. When she arrives in the sub-basement she steps out of the elevator on a mezzanine with another elevator stop below. <br>------------------------<br><br>The travel time in the movie is not factual.While its actual location has not reveled, Lockwood's estate is obviously not in Central America, where Costa Rica is. A ship carrying the collection crew and equipment would not be traveling more than 35 knots. At that speed it would take a minimum of 3 to 5 days to get to the coast off of California let alone somewhere else with that lush foliage. Plus, if Lockwood's estate is on the east coast, a trip through the Panama Canal can take up to 18 hours and then the ship would need to cross the Gulf of Mexico. <br>------------------------<br><br>Events transpire three years after the previous film's conclusion. However, the park's infrastructure deterioration is improbable. While dinosaurs did some damage and volcano-related earthquakes even more, including toppling sections of the monorail, the vegetation would not have grown so extensively. Even in the tropics, trees cannot root and grow 30 feet or more in 3 years as they are seen for example in the ruined amphitheater, which is also prematurely covered with vines and creepers. <br>------------------------<br><br>When the gyrosphere hits the water (along with the lava bombs and pyroclastic flow) the water is surprisingly clear. So clear, in fact, that the characters can see objects in the water as well as the gyro sphere itself. With all of the debris (and dinosaurs) falling into the water, this should not be possible. <br>------------------------<br><br>Zia's choice to use T. rex blood for Blue's transfusion makes sense insofar as the T. rex is the closest phylogenic relative of the Velociraptor; Allosaurus, Carnotaurus, and Baryonyx are distant cousins at best and Compsognathus is closer but you'd need an entire swarm of them to get enough blood for a man-sized raptor. Furthermore as all the Dinosaurs in Jurassic World were artificially grown and had holes in their DNA plugged with the same material its not out of the question that the Raptor and T. Rex are far more closely related then they would naturally be. It's not even out of the question that they have the exact same blood type if that were one of the traits that had to be artificially filled in. <br>------------------------<br><br>The additional material in the Dinosaur Protection Group page reveals that Isla Sorna doesn't have any dinosaurs left. They almost all died out and the ones that survived were transported to Isla Nublar between movies. However with most tie-in comics or websites this information is considered non-canon even though Isla Sorna was mentioned by name in the movie it was never directly stated that all the dinosaurs were gone as the Island was turned into an ecological preserve by the Costa Rican government so unless confirmed by the writers there are still dinosaurs alive on the Isla Sorna.Plus its highly likely that they missed a few or it could even be "false news" created by the company to hide a new research facility. <br>------------------------<br><br>When the Indoraptor is in its cage in the deserted bidding room, it casts no shadow despite having adequate light underneath it and above or around it. If something is lit from above and below, it will cast not shadow - each shadow is "filled in" by the light from the other direction. <br>------------------------<br><br>When Eli states that his men collected the Indominus bone, his voice use implies the events of the film's opening was recent, with the film being set in 2018. However, in the novelization it is stated the events in the film's opening take place in 2016. <br>------------------------<br><br>Owen is able to shoot through the Gyrosphere, despite the previous film mentioning that the glass can withstand a .50 caliber bullet. <br>------------------------<br><br>Maisie is able to escape her bedroom by releasing the key from the door and sliding it through the door gap with a piece of paper, however, after Eli locked her in there he can be seen putting the key in his pocket. <br>------------------------<br><br>Claire states that Blue can pick up your scent a mile off and therefore you can't capture her. However, at the first encounter with Owen, Blue didn't pick up the scent of a dozen heavily armed mercenaries surrounding Blue and Owen. <br>------------------------<br><br>There is a second island, Isla Sorna that has dinosaurs on it, yet it is never mentioned in the film considering Lost World and III are cannon. <br>------------------------<br><br>At around 50 mins.) When Claire drives the truck and gets it to jump to the boat, the front of it ramps up as it reaches the end of the dock. Their was nothing there that could have caused the vehicle to ramp up like that. <br>------------------------<br><br>When Owen is locked and provokes a Stygimoloch to break the door of his cell, we can clearly see that, in the shot taken inside the cell, the door is opening just before the charging head of the dinosaur makes contact. The action is then repeated from outside the cell, and the charging head of the dinosaur is not oriented in the same way. <br>------------------------<br><br>When Claire, Owen and Maisy encounter the Indo-Raptor in the museum they are alerted to its presence as it drags a man behind a display. Seconds later they circle around to where the Indo-Raptor and body were, including an aerial shot panning down, but the man's remains (including any sign of blood) are missing. While the Indo-Raptor was feeding it is unlikely it swallowed him whole and left no traces of blood behind. <br>------------------------<br><br>When Claire starts freeing the Dinosaurs the computer screen shows cage 1 being open however it is cage 2. <br>------------------------<br><br>When the Indoraptor is attacking Owen and Claire and Maisie in the dinosaur taxidermy enclosure, its claw goes through Claire's right calf. When she returns in the next scene the wound is in her thigh. <br>------------------------<br><br>At around 1hr 38mins.) In the fossil room, Owen, Claire and Maisie take off running from the Indoraptor and it leaps off some bones after them. It lands only about a couple feet away from Owen and starts to slide, but in the next shot when it cuts to a different angle, suddenly Owen and the others are several yards away from it at the stairs already. <br>------------------------<br><br>When Ken Wheatley is pointing his tranquilizer gun at Zia after he shot Owen, he puts the gun in his left hand and uses his right hand to wave his men down, but mid wave, the camera cuts to a different angle and he is waving with his left hand while holding the gun in his right hand. <br>------------------------<br><br>Ken shoots the Indoraptor with two darts. They later disappear when he is picked up by the arm in the Indoraptor's jaws. <br>------------------------<br><br>When the Indoraptor is eating Ken Wheatley, Gunnar Eversol is shown holding a phone in his hands. However, when the Indoraptor spotted him and he is trying to get the elevator working, his phone isn't in his hands. <br>------------------------<br><br>During the volcano eruption, known as the Peleean Phase, Owen is trying to outrun the ash cloud but is engulfed by it; which is not possible. After the gases are released a dense wave of ash, superheated gases, and rock will move the fluid from the volcano, which is known as a pyroclastic flow. A pyroclastic flow (also known as a pyroclastic density current or a pyroclastic cloud) is a fast-moving current of hot gas and volcanic matter (collectively known as tephra) that moves away from a volcano reaching speeds of up to 700 km/h (430 mph). The gases can reach temperatures of about 1,000 Â°C (1,830 Â°F). Owen would NOT have survived this experience and would have died the minute he was surrounded by the ash wave. <br>------------------------<br><br>When Owen's paralysis wears off, he is only a few inches from lava at most and yet he does not suffer any ill effects. Not to mention he was lying on ground that, apparently, was hot enough to cause discomfort to a large dinosaur's feet (if the calm Sinoceratops suddenly stomping the ground before running off is any indication). Even more so with Baryonyx that sneaks up on Claire and Franklin, which takes lava in the face and only flinches. <br>------------------------<br><br>When the boat is pulling away from the island during the volcanic eruption, a brachiosaurus makes its way to the end of the dock, wailing plaintively as the lava approaches. That dock was obviously not built to hold the weight of a multi-ton animal, so it would have crumbled as soon as the animal set foot on it. <br>------------------------<br><br>Maisie being presented as a clone of Lockwood's daughter may be confusing, given the series' chronology. It is mentioned that she is the reason for the split between John Hammond and Lockwood. Jurassic Park took place roughly 22 years before Jurassic World (2015), and probably about 25 years before Fallen Kingdom, but Maisie looks prepubescent and can't be much older than 10-11 years, so her birth could not have caused Hammond and Lockwood to part ways before the events of the first movie. It is possible that their discord happened much later; Hammond's year of death has never been specified, so he may have still been alive when Maisie was born 10-11 prior to Fallen Kingdom, and thoroughly disapproved of her cloning. An alternate explanation is that Lockwood shared his intent with John to clone his dead daughter prior to the first movie, which drove them apart, but the cloning itself did not succeed until many years later (as cloning a human being is far more complex than cloning dinosaurs). <br>------------------------<br><br>Mills should have heard the T-Rex before she eats him, is because he just came from underneath a car that was being trampled and crushed by a stampede of dinosaurs who weigh thousands of pounds it's quite obvious he became momentarily deaf which explains why he didn't hear the Tyrannosaurus. <br>------------------------<br><br>The dinosaurs are later sold for several million dollars a piece, but on the ship, the animals are not constantly guarded by either employees or veterinarians. An around-the-clock surveillance would be far less expensive than a single dinosaur dying of stress. Thus, it should have been impossible for Claire and Owen to get blood from the T. rex, and doing so would have required a clearance anyway if guards were present. <br>------------------------<br><br>
